How can counselling help?
Counselling allows the exploration of the causes of emotional distress. The aim is to offer a confidential and secure environment to undertake these explorations. All work is undertaken on a completely confidential basis under codes of ethics that require counsellors to be in regular supervision.
During the first meeting we will discuss whether counselling could help. Counselling may be short term or longer depending on your needs.
All sessions are for 1 hour and usually on a weekly basis.
How to arrange a session:
We cover the Berkshire/North Hampshire area; to arrange an appointment, please call the number shown or send an email.
Please do leave your name and number if you reach an answer phone, we WILL call you back.
We will set up a time to meet a counsellor for a mutual assessment session.
We require 24 hours notice of a cancellation by you.
The session is set aside specifically for YOU.
Couples are welcome – and can be seen together or separately.
Charges per session:
£40 for an individual and £45 for a couple seen together.
Note these changes are subject to an annual review.
